Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is processed, it is handed to our shipping partners for delivery.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and can vary by location, carrier, and seasonal demand:
- United States: 7–14 business days
- Canada: 8–16 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- Australia: 8–16 business days
- Other International Destinations: 10–20 business days
Tracking Information
Tracking is available for most orders. If tracking is provided for your shipment, you’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after the order ships.

Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
