1 How long does shipping take?

Most orders are delivered within 7–15 business days (depending on your location). During busy seasons, delivery may take a bit longer.

  • Processing: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping: 6–12 business days (typical)
2 How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking updates can take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.

If you can’t find your tracking email, please check your spam/junk folder first.

3 Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes — if you contact us quickly. We can update or cancel orders within 12 hours of purchase (before processing begins).

After your order ships, we can’t cancel it, but we’ll still help you with returns/refunds.

4 What is your refund / return policy?

We offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If something isn’t right, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return if used. If you need help, message us and we’ll make it right.

5 My tracking says “Delivered” but I don’t have it. What do I do?

This can happen if the carrier marked it early or it was left in a safe spot. Please try:

  • Check your mailbox, porch, building lobby, or mailroom
  • Ask neighbors or your building manager
  • Wait 24 hours (sometimes it arrives the next day)

6 Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to many countries. If checkout allows your address, we can ship to you. Delivery times can vary by region.

Please note: international orders may be subject to local taxes or customs fees (set by your country).

7 Are your plush toys safe? (Materials & care)

Our plush items are made with soft, cozy materials designed for everyday comfort. Always follow the care instructions on the product listing.

  • Care: Spot clean recommended
  • Tip: For gifting to young children, supervise and follow age guidance where provided
