Refund Policy
At ComfJoy, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Window: You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them
- In the original packaging (if applicable)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” (if applicable)
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve it quickly.
How to Request a Return or Refund
Email us at brand.mamula@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- Reason for the return
- Photos (required for damaged/defective items)
We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Refund Processing: Typically 3–10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider)
- Original shipping fees: Non-refundable (unless the item was defective or incorrect)
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel orders within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed. After processing begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the processing time:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (posting times can vary)
- Contact your bank
